In 1965, the members of The Syn met at the crossroads of '60s psychedelia and pop, performing at London's legendary Marquee club with the likes of Pink Floyd and Hendrix, and recording a handful of underground classics ("Flowerman", "14 Hour Technicolour Dream"). Then, just as quickly, they were gone.

A surprise reunion four decades later saw them record their first-ever album of new material -- Syndestructible -- and hit the road for a few intimate live dates in the US… another first. This show, recorded at Boston's historic Somerville Theater on a cool winter's night in January, finds the band in remarkable form. Featuring original Syn vocalist Steve Nardelli alongside the stellar rhythm section of Syn co-founder Chris Squire (bass) and drummer Alan White (partners in the classic rock supergroup Yes), this DVD captures the band as they give a majestic performance of material new and old, adding an important new chapter to the history of one of art-rock's great (and nearly lost) treasures.
